To edit information about your order, such as an address or name, you must contact our online shopping department before shipping your package. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, between 14: 00 and 15: 00. If you get a voicemail, please state the reason for your call, your order number and the phone number to reach you. No modification of information is possible once the order is shipped.

You need to check the condition of goods purchased once you received your order. Returns for a refund must be made within 7 days following the receipt of your order, and exchanges within 30 days. You must have a copy of your confirmation email, which was sent to you after you completed your online purchase. Item must be in original packaging and in its original condition. Refunds will be made on the payment method used for the purchase.

* The original shipping charges are not refundable in any cases for a return or an exchange.
* We are not responsible if their is a damage for the box as it is the carrier responsibility. in that case if their any damage for the box please contact the carrier to file a claim.
To return or exchange a product purchased online, there are two options available:
1. You can return the item in store, to avoid shipping charges. Please have on hand the required documents and the item in its original packaging.
2. You can return the item by mail. Note that you must first complete the return and exchange form for online purchase. You must pay the shipping charges for any item returned by mail.
Return damaged or defective items by shipment
To return a damaged or defective item, you must first fill out the returns and exchanges form. Then, contact our online shopping service for the assistance necessary to complete the exchange. Within 3 to 5 working days applies for the shipment of a replacement item, after we’ve received the damaged or defective item back in our warehouse.
Exchange parts of furniture
We exchange defective furniture parts, as long as that they are available in our warehouse and that the exchange is authorized by the customer service, by filling in the Furniture parts exchange form. If the customer receive pieces other than demanded, by our mistake, we commit ourselves to a second exchange at our charges. The preparation of a new piece can reach within 3 to 5 working days. We ask you to be patient and understanding with us.
All promotions displayed on the website are also applicable in store, unless the contrary is indicated (exclusive website promotion). We are not obliged to announce the promotion period, the amount available in the case of instant promotions or for a limited time. Note that our promotions are applicable until we are out of stock and we do not offer rain checks if the item is no longer available during our promotion dates.
For your order to leave our warehouses, full payment of the order, including shipping charges is required.

For security purposes, it is necessary that the information (name, address and telephone number) entered on your bill are identical to those shown on your credit card.
When you make purchases from our online store, you can choose between Standard delivery and Express delivery. If you place an Express order before noon (Montreal local time), it will be shipped the same day. As a result, every Express order placed during the afternoon, will be shipped the next day will be collected by our partner at the end of the day and will be delivered according to the delivery method chosen. Therefore, if an order is placed after this time, you must add an extra day to receive your order.

It is important to state that these delays do not apply for furniture – Different delivery companies are hired for furniture since regular companies do not handle items of this size. Shipping could take up to 3-4 weeks in extreme cases, especially in remote areas.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, high shipping fees or limited stock or discontinued product with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us.
